Analytical Therapy:

Sometimes analytical therapy, which also involves psychotherapy as well as hypnosis, may be required.  This will allow us access to any deep rooted problems that may be causing negative symptoms, which may be adversely affecting your life. 

Analytical hypnotherapy seeks to find issues that may have been repressed, possibly since childhood. These issues could have been bottled up (and maybe long forgotten) issues that can be helped with the aid of relaxation and hypnosis.  It could be just a memory that has negative feelings attached to it, but once these emotional issues are recognised and resolved, they are no longer part of your life, allowing you to be the happy, healthy person that you want to be.

This process can take between 8 and 10 sessions, and usually no more than 12 sessions.

Of course, a huge benefit to all these sessions is that hypnosis is amazingly relaxing and stress reducing, leaving you with a more positive state of mind and ready to enjoy your day.
