Suggestion Therapy:

During suggestion therapy you will be in a completely relaxed state to enable positive suggestions to be made to help you make desired changes in your life.

This type of therapy will be beneficial for one off situations like lack of confidence in making a speech, driving test nerves, exam nerves, anxiety etc.

For instance, one of my clients, a builder, had a problem working alone in an old house that was being renovated; he told me he was very ‘spooked’ by the house and felt very uncomfortable. But after one session, he was able to continue working in the house with no problems and actually feel very positive about it.

Another client had a weight problem which she realised was due to her eating the childrens leftovers. But after one session, she stopped the overeating and lost weight. That was a couple of years ago now and she’s still the weight she wants to be.

Not everything works for everyone, but that’s where the 30 minute free consultation comes in. We can discuss any issues you may have and then work out a way to resolve them in the best way for you.  Everyone is treated as an individual, with specific treatment just for them.
